LegalTerms & Conditions

Directory terms, plainly stated.

This page describes Azure products and links to them. The short version: read, follow the link that fits the job, and respect the terms of the service that opens.

Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. Operator and service

The Azure portal page at azure.cx (“the portal”) is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME — PLACEHOLDER]. The legal operator name is still to be confirmed; it is shown as a placeholder until then.

The portal is an informational directory for four independent products — Whitelist, Obfuscator, AI, and Hub — each running on its own subdomain with its own application. Contact is available through the Azure Discord community.

2. What the portal does and does not do

The portal provides product descriptions, responsibility boundaries, and outbound links. It hosts no user accounts, no checkout, and no purchases — so no refund, cancellation, or revision policy applies to this page itself.

Legacy script URLs under this domain redirect to the Hub, where releases live. The portal never asks for credentials, license keys, or payment details.

3. Acceptable use

The portal must not be used to break the law, to harm others, or to probe or disrupt the page or its hosting. Aggressive automated scraping that degrades the service for others is not permitted; ordinary indexing, reading, and linking are welcome.

Product descriptions here are summaries. Binding behaviour, limits, and pricing — if any — are defined by the linked service that is actually used.

4. Outbound products and services

Each linked subdomain is a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Use of Whitelist, Obfuscator, AI, Hub, the docs, or the status page is subject to the terms published there, not to these portal terms alone.

Visitor privacy on this page is covered by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Azure interface, copy, and brand assets on this page remain the property of the operator. Product names shown here identify the linked services and belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms grants a license to copy or re-host the portal or to present another site as an Azure product.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same maximum extent, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the portal or from reliance on its product summaries. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

Material changes are published on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the portal after the posted update date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
